We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and user support functions.Position SummaryThe IT Executive will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, networks, systems, and IT operations across offices and resort locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, IT asset management, networking, system support, and vendor coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure & Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
- Ensure smooth functioning of internet, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network systems.
System Administration
- Maintain user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and access controls.
- Support attendance systems, HRMS, PMS, POS, and ERP software used by the company.
- Ensure regular system backups and data security measures are implemented.
IT Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories.
- Track issuance, maintenance, and replacement of IT equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, repairs, and support services.
Security & Compliance
- Monitor cybersecurity practices, antivirus updates, and firewall management.
- Ensure proper access controls and data confidentiality.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system records.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for IT requirements and issue resolution.
- Support new employee onboarding for IT setup (email IDs, systems, access, devices).
- Generate periodic reports on IT issues, maintenance, and system performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, printers, CCTV, and networking systems.
- Experience with hospitality software (PMS/POS) will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in networking or hardware support will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in hospitality, resorts, hotels, or real estate industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in managing IT support for multiple locations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
