Curriculum Associate
Role Overview: We are looking for a thoughtful and energetic Curriculum Associate who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful learning experiences.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious about teaching, learning design, and educational quality, and who is comfortable working across content, pedagogy, and execution.
What You’ll Do: Support the design and development of learning materials, classroom resources, and structured curriculum plans.
Review, refine, and adapt content to ensure it is age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with learning goals.
Work closely with internal teams to convert academic ideas into practical learning products.
Contribute to lesson planning, activity creation, and content improvement based on feedback and classroom needs.
Take ownership of small projects and experiment with new formats, tools, and approaches.
Assist in maintaining consistency, quality, and clarity across all learning materials.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2.5 years of experience in education, content creation, teaching, or related work.
Strong interest in pedagogy, curriculum design, and learner-centered content.
Clear writing and communication skills.
A structured yet creative approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to evolving needs.
Comfort working on a mix of independent tasks and collaborative projects.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
