Staff Nurse / Nursing Supervisor
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the management of nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel
- Support the Nursing Supervisor in developing and implementing patient care policies and procedures that align with the organization’s standards
- Monitor patient care practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols
- Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Assist in addressing patient and family concerns, ensuring a responsive and compassionate approach to care.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence others.
Preferred:
- We Preferred only B.SC and DGNM Nursing candidate should be apply
- Certification in Nurse Leadership or Management
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data management systems
