Job Description
We are hiring Real Estate Sales Executives who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits, and assisting them throughout the property-buying process.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, location benefits, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and management team.
- Stay updated about current projects, market trends, and property developments.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, sales, telecalling, banking, insurance, or related fields will be preferred.
