Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor / Senior Plumbing Supervisor to join our Engineering team for residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing all plumbing-related works at the project site while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all plumbing and sanitary works at residential project sites.
- Ensure execution of plumbing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of plumbing installations, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and firefighting piping systems.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization at the site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the Engineering team.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while adhering to project schedules.
Requirements:
- 7–15 years of relevant experience in plumbing works for residential construction projects.
- Diploma/ITI in Plumbing, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or any related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sanitary, and piping works.
- Experience in supervising contractors and site execution activities.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience in high-rise residential projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Candidates willing to work at project sites are preferred.
