Part-Time English Speaking Curriculum Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced English Speaking Curriculum Developer to design a structured, practical, and engaging curriculum for our English speaking programs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of spoken English, communication skills, lesson planning, and learner progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop structured curriculum for Intermediate and Advanced English speaking levels
- Create detailed lesson plans, speaking activities, practice exercises, and assessments
- Design a progressive learning path focused on improving fluency, confidence, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and communication
- Develop interactive activities suitable for live online classes
- Organize content according to learner levels and learning objectives
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure the curriculum is practical and easy to deliver
- Review and improve existing course content based on learner feedback
Requirements
- Experience in English language teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, or content development
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Understanding of English-speaking learners and common communication challenges
- Ability to create engaging and practical learning activities
- Experience developing online/live-class curriculum is a plus
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
