Job Title: Bartending TrainerJob Summary:
A Bartending Trainer is responsible for training aspiring and professional bartenders in beverage preparation, bar operations, and customer service. They develop training programs, demonstrate techniques, and ensure trainees meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and bar etiquette
- Teach proper use of bar tools, equipment, and glassware
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical modules
- Demonstrate classic and modern cocktail recipes
- Train students on customer service, communication, and upselling techniques
- Ensure trainees follow hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Assess trainee performance through practical tests and evaluations
- Stay updated with trends in Mixology and the hospitality industry
- Mentor trainees for careers in bars, hotels, and restaurants
Required Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in bartending or hospitality (preferred)
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Training or teaching experience (added advantage)
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Patience and mentoring mindset
- Creativity in drink-making and training methods
Experience:
- 2–5 years of bartending experience
- Prior training/coaching experience preferred
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
