Job Title: Pharmacist
Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and responsible Pharmacist to manage medication therapy and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective use of medications, counsel patients on proper drug usage, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications and verify their accuracy and appropriateness.
- Provide medication counseling and educate patients about proper drug usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Monitor patient health and medication effectiveness, making recommendations when necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient and prescription records while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Stay updated on new medications, clinical practices, and changes in healthcare regulations.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- Registration: Valid State Pharmacy Council registration
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
