Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Assist in building and maintaining web/software applications using clean and scalable code.
- Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to improve code quality and learn industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and mentors in an Agile environment .
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing projects.
- Version Control: Manage code using Git and GitHub/GitLab, including branching and pull requests.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for the features and modules you develop.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Must have completed a recognized coding certification or bootcamp (Full-stack, Frontend, or Backend).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of at least one tech stack (e.g., MERN, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, etc.).
- Mindset: Strong logic-building skills and a "can-do" attitude toward solving complex problems.
- Tools: Familiarity with VS Code and basic Git commands.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
