Job Description:
- Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired Profile:
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for effective lead generation.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business .
- Key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions such as production planning.
- Drive targets and collection by improving communication through emails, meetings, calls
- Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually
- Manage and control credit of customers through effective follow ups, meetings, field visits
- Constantly support and handhold customers for all inquiries, payments, complaints, rejections,technical queries etc.
