Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound enquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects and properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments between customers and the sales team.
- Maintain customer information and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain daily call reports, follow-up records, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.
- Stay updated on company projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM software).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
