The Senior Director, Field Marketing for Real Estate Management Services (REMS) India will lead strategic marketing initiatives across the Indian market to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and support client acquisition and retention efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market and the ability to translate global marketing strategies into locally relevant campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute field marketing strategies for REMS across key Indian markets, including product launches and service expansion, ensuring alignment with global REMS objectives and local market needs.
Demand Generation: Partner with REMS leadership and global/regional marketing teams to design and deliver demand generation programs across content, thought leadership, digital, events, and conferences. Develop sales-enabling materials, case studies, and thought leadership to support revenue growth.
Brand and Communications Management: Ensure brand consistency across all REMS marketing in India while maintaining cultural relevance. Partner with media teams to manage relationships with local media, industry publications, and digital platforms. Coordinate public relations activities including media releases, awards, and crisis communications as needed.
Event and Client Engagement: Lead strategic event planning and execution, including client seminars, industry conferences, and proprietary events. Manage JLL’s participation in major Indian real estate forums and develop client engagement programs aligned to REMS priorities.
Digital Marketing and Content Strategy: Lead digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, social media, email, and online advertising. Develop content programs that showcase REMS capabilities and oversee amplification of market reports, white papers, and thought leadership.
Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop targeted marketing strategies for investor and occupier audiences within REMS, addressing the needs of property owners, institutional investors, and corporate occupiers across industry sectors.
Marketing Services CoE: Partner with Marketing Services CoE teams to maximize scale, efficiency, and best practices in support of brand, demand, and thought leadership objectives.
Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing field marketing team through coaching, development, and performance management, while driving cross-functional collaboration.
Budget and Performance Management: Own annual marketing budgets, establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI, and provide performance insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles managing teams and budgets, with experience in commercial real estate, property services, or related B2B sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian commercial real estate market dynamics, key players, and regulatory environment. Experience across facility and property management, project and construction management, or corporate real estate services preferred. Awareness of global real estate trends and their relevance to India.
Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to design and deliver marketing strategies that drive business outcomes. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Digital marketing expertise across social media, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
Personal Attributes: Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Culturally adept and effective in complex stakeholder environments. Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and adaptive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
