Job description:
We are looking to hire Business Development Executives to support and grow our B2B and channel sales operations.
This is a field-intensive role involving client visits, dealer network expansion, and new customer acquisition across India.
Work Structure
- 15 days/month: Pan India travel for client meetings
- 15 days/month: Work from Mumbai office for follow-ups, planning & coordination
Key Responsibilities
Dealer & Channel Management
- Expand and maintain existing dealer and channel partner network
- Regular visits and follow-ups with dealers and partners
- Support channel partners with product knowledge and coordination
New Client Acquisition
- Identify and convert new B2B customers such as: Nurseries, Horticulturists, Landscapers, Institutional buyers
- Conduct professional sales meetings and presentations
- Generate and follow up on leads
Sales Execution
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain lead data, visit reports, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, samples, and dispatch
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Comfortable with Pan India travel
- Confident communication and professional sales approach
- Ability to meet clients in person and build relationships
- Basic reporting and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with dealers or distributors
- Exposure to landscaping, horticulture, nurseries, or building-related industries
