Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and online platforms
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our services
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients
- Generate and qualify leads from various online and offline sources
- Update and maintain lead records in CRM or tracking systems
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead management
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets

Qualifications
- Plus Two (10+2), Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, lead generation, or sales is an added advantage
