Financial Outcomes To maintain minimum stock spares at the branch stores. 100% accounting of spares stock inventory & consumption. Machine stock in Sales force Spares consumption analysis – familiar with FSN analysis, ABC Analysis and VED analysis to support optimal purchase & inventory
MIS reports on Spares – Spares purchased Vs consumed Vs closing stock (Item wise with cost) Prepare spare parts purchase request, purchase order, spares receipt inward in SAP & SFDC
Customer Service To Coordinate and support branch functions on movement of Asset machines required for installations/Demo and disconnections Track the serviceable spares return from Field & Coordinate with Service HUB Engineer to turn-around or repair the serviceable parts for re-use in machines
Asset machines tracking – Purchased /Inward/Stock/Installation/Disconnection at all stock points MIS reports on Assets – Field working Vs TCPL Warehouse stock Vs Distributor stock Spares stock – Maintain stock, track movement, control consumption, analyze the consumption
