Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, prepare, and maintain business reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, reporting, and data management, with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare management reports and provide meaningful insights based on data.
- Monitor key business/operational performance indicators.
- Create and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and automated reports.
- Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required data.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, processes, and databases.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate repetitive tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by management.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF functions, charts, and data cleaning.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Experience in preparing dashboards and management reports.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI / SQL / Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
