Job Summary
We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Engineer – Contracts to support contract execution, engineering documentation, customer coordination, and project-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background, strong documentation skills, and a willingness to learn contract and project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate with customers for technical requirements, document submissions, and project updates.
- Support contract execution and fabrication-related project activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality procedures, and customer specifications.
- Maintain engineering records and update project information in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare project reports and maintain document control.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers (Graduate Engineer Trainee) or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
- Familiarity with ERP software is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
