Designation: Business Development Manager / Business Development Head
Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: Regional Business Head / Sales Head/Leadership
Role Summary
The Business Development Manager/Executive will be responsible for developing strategic relationships within the architecture, interior design, and luxury real estate ecosystem to generate qualified project opportunities for Tulio.
The role requires a proactive, field-oriented professional who can establish long-term partnerships, identify upcoming projects, and position Tulio as the preferred window furnishing partner for premium residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect & Interior Designer Engagement
- Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design consultants.
- Conduct product presentations, studio tours, and solution demonstrations.
- Promote Tulio's product portfolio and value proposition.
- Develop referral partnerships and maintain regular engagement.
- Ensure Tulio remains a preferred brand during project planning and execution stages.
2. Channel Partner & Real Estate Development
Establish and nurture relationships with:
- Real estate brokers and consultants
- Channel partners
- Developer sales teams
- Luxury residential communities and associations
Focus on generating opportunities from:
- Newly launched residential projects
- Apartments nearing possession
- Villas approaching handover
- Renovation and refurbishment projects
3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Generate qualified project leads through partner networks and market outreach.
- Capture project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with studio sales teams for lead handover and conversion support.
- Track and report lead status through CRM and sales systems.
4. Relationship Management & Brand Building
- Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners.
- Represent Tulio at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and trade associations.
- Enhance brand visibility and strengthen Tulio's presence within the design and luxury home community.
5. Market Research & Intelligence
- Monitor luxury residential developments and emerging market opportunities.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide market insights and business recommendations to management.
Candidate Profile: Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, Channel Sales, or Field Sales.
- Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
