Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students, provide information about courses, and convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Schedule counseling sessions for interested candidates.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills are an advantage.
