Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM, Finance, and HCM modules.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party applications.
- Work extensively with SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and Fast Formula.
- Develop and support Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces.
- Prepare functional and technical design documents.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Perform SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle EBS best practices and business processes.
Required Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Strong experience in SCM, Finance, and HCM modules.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Workflow, and Fast Formula.
- Experience working with Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and RICE components.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes.
- Experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.1/R12.2.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications will be an added advantage.
