Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil).
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Experience in residential,project management,contract management, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- if experience in delhi/ncr project an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Ensure execution work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors.
- Prepare work schedules, project plans, and progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and material reconciliation.
- Monitor quality control procedures and conduct material inspections/testing.
- Handle client meetings, technical discussions, and project coordination.
- Support estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and supervise site staff.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality parameters.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera/MS Project.
- Good understanding of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and site management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
