Responsibilities:
- Advertisement Procurement:
Identify, approach, and secure advertisements from brands, businesses, and corporate clients to generate revenue.
Plan, curate, and supervise high-quality editorial content aligned with the magazine’s theme and audience.
- Production & Design Coordination:
Work closely with designers, writers, and printers to ensure timely and visually appealing magazine production.
- Team & Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Plan and execute effective distribution strategies (online and offline) to maximize reach and visibility.
- Event & Award Ceremony Management:
Organize and manage award distribution ceremonies recognizing business personalities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in magazine production, publishing, or media management
- Strong network for advertisement procurement and business development
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of content planning, editing, and design processes
- Experience in event management (preferably award ceremonies)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital and print media trends
