About the Role
As a Lead – Service Delivery and Academics, you will own academic implementation excellence across multiple customer accounts while leading a team of Specialists. You will bridge strategy and field execution by driving customer engagement, ensuring high-quality implementation, coaching team members, resolving escalations, and improving customer success metrics across your territory.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy leading teams, developing people, solving customer challenges, and driving operational excellence in educational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Specialists to deliver consistent academic implementation.
- Plan and monitor weekly school visit schedules and customer engagement.
- Own L1 customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct advanced academic training and coaching sessions for schools.
- Drive implementation quality, customer adoption, and learning outcomes.
- Monitor Customer Facing Time (CFT), Visit Effectiveness, and project compliance.
- Improve CSAT, account health, and customer retention.
- Review implementation reports and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Partner with Regional Managers to execute operational priorities.
- Mentor team members and build delivery capability across the region.

Skills and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Management, or related disciplines.
Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in academic implementation, customer success, teacher training, or educational operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
- Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or early childhood programs is preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
