Your future role

You'll deliver critical financial insights and support to our project teams, fostering sound economic management and optimizing project financial targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Work Package Owners, Accounting Team), ensure control of project results, and much more.
Manage and track bank guarantees and bonds, ensuring timely issuance, renewals, and compliance. Act as a key coordinator across banks and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting and reconciliation.
We’ll look to you for:
- Manage issuance and tracking of bank guarantees, performance bonds, and advance guarantees.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams for timely processing and renewals.
- Maintain records of all active, expired, and upcoming guarantees/bonds.
- Monitor expiring guarantees and keep the stakeholders informed for early action.
- Reconcile guarantee balances with accounting records and customer contracts.
- Ensure accurate allocation of guarantee fees to the respective Project WBSs/Cost centres.
- As a SPoC for the Bonds/guarantees for the respective unit, ensure all the queries are addressed on time.
- Support project teams in documentation, compliance, and contract requirements related to guarantees.
- Prepare MIS reports on guarantee exposure, limits utilization, and status.

- Bachelor’s in Finance / MBA (Finance)
- Strong knowledge of bank guarantees, bonds, contract terms, and banking procedures
- Sound understanding of accounting concepts (GL, cost allocation, reconciliations) and financial reporting
- Experience in guarantee lifecycle management, fee allocation, exposure tracking, and compliance
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel for reporting and reconciliation
- Exposure to bond management tools (e.g., Bond-C) or workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills (banks and internal teams)
- Good documentation, compliance, and attention to detail
