Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding

Lead business finalization for KTM product sourcing

Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, including analysis and supplier comparisons

Negotiate pricing for parts and tooling to achieve cost optimization

Plan and manage supplier capacity to meet production requirements
-
Ensure adherence to sourcing schedules and project timelines
-
Drive project management activities in coordination with cross-functional teams
-
Monitor supplier performance and ensure delivery commitments are met

Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and provide actionable insights

Identify risks and implement effective solutions within the supply chain
- Strong expertise in cost analysis and price finalization, including in-depth knowledge of product costing, machine hour rates, and current market price trends

Sound knowledge of Press and Fabrication as well as Polymer commodities and components

Exposure to manufacturing processes such as Forging & Machining, Casting & Machining, and proprietary products will be an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities

Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating high ownership, initiative, and a self-driven approach
