Job Summary:
You will play a crucial role in INCREFF’s growth journey by working with clients and third party service providers to plan, execute and optimize end to end warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to be the POC for the client's warehousing needs.
Responsible to plan and align the 3PL warehouse operations as per the client's requirements
Responsible to monitor day to day operations and ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed
Responsible to ensure records are maintained accurately
Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through meeting the KRAs as per the contract
Responsible for communicating to the client about the progress and roadblocks if any
Skill-set:
Minimum 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in on-ground warehouse operations
Good written and spoken communication in English
Someone who is passionate about operations and going the extra mile to achieve perfection
A super fast learner, & person who gets things done
