We are seeking an experienced and responsible Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting processes, billing, GST, and basic office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records
- Handle invoices, billing, and payments
- Prepare purchase and sales entries
- Manage GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper financial files and documentation
- Assist the senior accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Tally and Busy software
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Graduate in Commerce preferred
