Role Purpose
As part of our Fresher B.Tech/M.tech Program, we are looking for dynamic, ambitious individuals to join our strategy function in India. This structured program is designed to provide opportunities for applying theoretical knowledge and the training provided, working closely with the allocated team or project, and ensuring all compliances are met.
- Undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in plant/R&D operations and engineering functions.
- Support senior engineers and managers in day-to-day operations, project execution, and process improvement initiatives.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on and high on execution excellence.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, business acumen
- Agility - Flexible by nature and quick responsiveness to stakeholder
