We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our diverse culinary and beverage operations. The Director of F&B will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage departments, including restaurants, bars, catering, banqueting, and room service. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a passion for exceptional guest experiences, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations.
- Develop and implement innovative food and beverage strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and achieve profitability targets.
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, inventory management, and P&L analysis for all F&B departments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of F&B professionals, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Curate and continuously update menus, wine lists, and beverage programs, incorporating seasonal ingredients, market trends, and guest preferences while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to continuously improve service quality and address any concerns promptly.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase visibility and patronage of F&B outlets.
- Collaborate closely with other department heads, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
