Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving student recruitment growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets for the overseas education consultancy. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with universities and B2B partners, and leading sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify and generate new student leads through schools, colleges, seminars, events, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutions, and b2b partners.
- Establish tie-ups with schools, coaching centres, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct regular seminars in school/colleges, webinars, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market analysis.
- Ensure excellent student and partner relationship management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation activities.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
