We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven CSR Relationship Manager & Fundraising Lead to spearhead corporate fundraising partnerships for our Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) and NEP 2020 initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who can confidently engage senior corporate leaders, build long-term partnerships, and drive CSR commitments from leading organizations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet CSR Heads, Foundation CEOs, CMDs, MDs, and senior decision-makers across target corporates
- Present and customize the VK Ki Oar 4.0 IKS initiative according to each organization's CSR priorities, sector focus, and leadership vision
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate CSR teams and key stakeholders
- Manage the complete fundraising cycle from initial meeting through partnership closure
- Navigate CSR committee approval processes and coordinate required documentation, impact frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Address questions and objections related to compliance, impact measurement, organizational credibility, and funding priorities
- Negotiate partnership structures and CSR funding commitments
- Coordinate MoU preparation and ensure timely execution of partnership agreements
- Maintain ongoing relationships with corporate partners through regular updates, event invitations, and engagement activities
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase funding commitments
- Represent the organization at industry forums, networking events, CSR conferences, and business associations
- Travel extensively across India for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, institutional partnerships, corporate philanthropy, business development, or senior B2B relationship management
- Demonstrated track record of closing partnerships, fundraising commitments, or business deals valued above ₹25 lakh
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and board-level decision-makers
- Understanding of CSR regulations, compliance requirements, impact reporting, and nonprofit partnerships
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple corporate relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network within corporate CSR, sustainability, foundation, or philanthropy sectors
- Knowledge of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), education initiatives, or social impact programs
- Gujarati language proficiency is an added advantage
- Experience working with CSR committees, foundations, or nonprofit organizations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
