Position: TGT Science Teacher

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced TGT Science Teacher to teach students from Classes VI to X. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with the ability to create an engaging and student-centric learning environment. The role includes lesson planning, practical demonstrations, student assessment, and participation in school activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science to Classes VI–X as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations while ensuring safety standards.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and examinations.
- Foster scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use smart classroom technology and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Provide academic support to students and communicate progress with parents.
- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Guide students in science exhibitions, Olympiads, and other academic competitions.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related field).
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- CTET/TET qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school.
- Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart boards.
