Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Homecare Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will monitor patients’ health, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, assist with daily care needs, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to individual care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in the patient’s condition.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, IV care, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and family members on medication, hygiene, nutrition, and basic healthcare practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and report any deterioration or medical concerns promptly.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and professional nursing standards.
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect patients’ privacy at all times.
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration/license.
- Previous hospital or homecare nursing experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Ability to work independently in a home environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, responsible, and reliable attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or night duty when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience caring for elderly, bedridden, post-operative, or chronically ill patients.
- Experience with catheter, Ryle’s tube/feeding tube, wound care, and medication management.
- Basic emergency-response and first-aid knowledge.
- Ability to communicate clearly with family members and healthcare professionals.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
