Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented School Marketing Executive to lead our student enrollment and brand awareness campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing digital and offline campaigns, organizing school events, and building strong relationships with parents, preschools, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Enrollments: Design and execute marketing strategies to drive student inquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the school’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), website updates, and running localized paid ad campaigns.
- Community Outreach & Events: Plan and organize school open houses, educational fairs, workshops, and community events to boost brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Write compelling content for school brochures, newsletters, press releases, and digital banners.
- Market Research: Analyze local competitor trends, demographic data, and parent feedback to refine marketing approaches.
- Relationship Management: Act as a brand ambassador, addressing parent queries and building networks with local preschools and tutoring centers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (experience in the education sector or school admissions is highly preferred).
- Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic graphic design (e.g., Canva) and social media management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with local travel for outreach activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
