Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser to manage sales with all platforms like stores , exhibition & E-Commerce within India. The role will include product handling & co-ordination between clients, processing orders & sales analysis.
Merchandisers typically handle product lifecycle, vendor coordination, and sales analysis to improve retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall retail department along with your team for stores & online platforms.
- Ensure timely store dispatches and follow up with Courier Company.
- Day to day email correspondence and co-ordination with store and retail partners.
- Maintain store files in an organized system.
- Maintain accurate stock, store and dispatches related documents.
- Monitoring production status from production team for ongoing retail order.
- Coordinate with purchase/store department regarding the row material for ongoing retail orders.
- Knowledge of online order processing (E-Commerce).
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies for jewellery collections.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product assortment
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising in stores and exhibition.
- Monitor product performance and suggest pricing or promotional strategies
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely product delivery
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products (fashion jewellery)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Coral Draw, Page-maker, Microsoft word, Excel , Power point and Internet.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills for sales forecasting and demand planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment & understanding of retail merchandiser.
Teamplayer- good Co-ordination with team .
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
