About the Role:
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and quick-learning freshers to join our Training & Development Department. The selected candidates will support various training activities, employee learning initiatives, documentation, coordination, and training execution processes within the organization.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in employee development, communication, coordination, and corporate learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing training programs.
- Coordinate with departments regarding training schedules and participant nominations.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and training data.
- Support in preparation of training materials, presentations, reports, and certificates.
- Track training calendars and training completion status.
- Prepare MIS reports and update training dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and employees for smooth execution of training sessions.
- Support Training Need Identification (TNI) activities.
- Maintain proper documentation related to training and development activities.
- Perform other departmental coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Relevant Degree
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Local (Chhattisgarhi language) preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of employee training processes
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
