Job Summary
A Chief Warden Female and Male is responsible for the overall safety, security, and well-being of male residents, enforcing rules, managing staff, and ensuring smooth hostel operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Control and regulate hostel related activities in the assigned hostel/area.
2) Solve the day to day problems/issues that may arise in the hostel.
3) Maintain record of attendance in the hostel.
4) Monitoring issues and grievances of the trainees.
5) Maintain proper documentation of all the students residing in hostel.
6) Ensure the maintenance of discipline in and around the hostel.
7) Responsibilities for general welfare of students in the hostel.
8) Ensure quality and hygiene of the mess facility in the hostel.
9) Ensure discipline should be maintained and friendly environment is very essential part of hostel Warden
10) Ensure safety and security of the students in the hostel
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
7 to 10 years of previous work experience in educational Institutions is preferred
Retired Ex Army Officer is preferred
Previous experience as a Hostel Warden preferred.
