Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, focusing on product listings, order management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to optimize our online presence and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities1. Product Management and Listings
- Manage and update product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Shopify), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Write compelling product descriptions and maintain high-quality product images and content to maximize appeal and conversion rates.
- Monitor and manage product inventory, coordinating with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.
2. Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from receiving to fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse staff to facilitate seamless and efficient shipping and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns related to orders, providing excellent customer service.
3. Online Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve product visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Analyze sales data, monitor website traffic, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Performance Monitoring
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for platform improvements, new product opportunities, and sales strategies.
