Carnivale is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage staff efficiently in a fast-paced, theme-based dining environment.
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Drive sales and improve overall restaurant performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing, and inventory systems
