Job Title : Team Lead 3D Modeling

Required Experience : 3-6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 3D modelers; ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee product modeling from CAD/references with high accuracy and clean topology.
- Supervise CAD cleaning workflows including retopology and optimization.
- Maintain quality standards, naming conventions, and file structures.
- Conduct QC reviews and resolve complex modeling challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key stakeholder point of contact.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in 3D product modeling & CAD cleaning.
- Good communication (verbal/written) is must.
- Expertise in Blender.
- Solid understanding of topology, mesh optimization, and hard-surface modeling.
- Experience handling CAD formats (STEP, IGES, FBX, OBJ).
- Prior team handling or mentoring experience.
Joining Availability :
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
