We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns to drive high-quality leads and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, hands-on, and focused on ROI rather than vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Execute lead generation campaigns aligned with business and sales goals
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, and lead quality
Performance Optimization
- Monitor daily performance and optimize:
- Keywords, audiences, bids, creatives, and budgets
- Run A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Ad platform dashboards
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, sales, and tech teams
- Align marketing campaigns with sales funnel requirements
- Support landing page optimization and CRO initiatives
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI)
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Good to Have
- B2B or SaaS marketing experience
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools
- Understanding of long sales cycles and lead nurturing
