We are seeking an experienced, high-ownership professional to head our Electrical and Facilities Maintenance department.
Position Overview
Job Title: Manager – Repairs & Maintenance (Electrical & Utilities)
Location: Patna, Bihar (On-site)
Compensation: ₹4.0 Lakhs to ₹5.5 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

Key Responsibilities
As the Repairs & Maintenance Manager, you will be the custodian of the hospital's power infrastructure and utility systems, ensuring 100% uptime for life-support environments (ICUs, OTs).
Power & Backup Infrastructure: Oversee the smooth operation and breakdown maintenance of high-voltage systems, HT/LT panels, Transformers, DG Sets (Diesel Generators), and centralized heavy-duty UPS systems.
HVAC & Plant Utilities: Manage the routine servicing and sudden repairs of centralized air conditioning (chillers/AHUs), medical gas pipelines, water treatment plants (WTP/STP), and fire fighting systems.
Breakdown Management: Act as the first line of defense for critical electrical failures. Establish rapid-response protocols for emergency power restoration.
Vendor & AMC Coordination: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for lifts, central AC, and heavy electrical machinery. Liaison with the state electricity board (SBPDCL) and electrical inspectors for regulatory compliance.
Team Supervision: Lead, schedule shifts for, and upskill a team of electricians, lift operators, and multi-tasking technicians.
Safety & Audit Compliance: Maintain flawless documentation, logbooks, and safety practices strictly aligning with NABH standards and Indian Electricity Rules.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized polytechnic or board of technical education.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid experience in plant/facility maintenance, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Prior experience in a hospital setup is highly advantageous.
Core Technical Competencies:
Expert-level troubleshooting of industrial electrical wiring, control circuits, and switchgears.
Deep understanding of load calculation, energy optimization, and power factor maintenance.
Hands-on familiarity with DG synchronization panels.
Traits: Strong command over local technician teams, high crisis-management capability, and fluency in Hindi/English.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
