Job Title: E-Commerce & Brand Operations Associate
Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Shopify E-Commerce
Associate to manage product uploads, maintain our online store, write search-optimized
content, track inventory, organize photoshoots, and coordinate online orders. No advanced
technical experience or prior Shopify background is required. We will train you on the
software platform.The primary prerequisite is English fluency, a rich vocabulary, writing skills,
engaging product meta data and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Product Uploads & Copywriting:
○ Write clear, appealing product titles and descriptions using proper English and
strong vocabulary.
○ Upload new inventory, enter pricing details, set up variants (sizes/colors), and
tag products accurately (training provided).
○ Organize products into appropriate website categories and maintain clean
catalog structure.
● Basic SEO & Metadata Management:
○ Write clean Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, and image Alt Text following easy
guidelines.
○ Naturally integrate search terms into product copy to boost search visibility.
● Daily Website Maintenance:
○ Proofread listing copy across the website to ensure zero grammatical or
typing errors.
○ Perform simple site checks to ensure prices, inventory counts, and image
lineups remain clean and accurate.
○ Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the backend store portal.
● Photoshoot Coordination:
○ Help plan and manage product photoshoots, including prepping sample items, setting up schedules, and communicating with photographers and models.
○ Receive, organize, and double-check final edited photos before adding them to product listings.
● Inventory Tracking:
○ Regularly monitor online stock levels to keep inventory numbers accurate and prevent unexpected stockouts.
○ Double-check product pages regularly to fix any errors with prices, photos, or stock counts.
● Order Coordination:
○ Track incoming customer orders daily and coordinate with the packing and shipping team to ensure smooth dispatch.
○ Keep backend numbers, product information, and order details accurate and up to date.
Requirements
● Experience: Open to freshers! No past technical or website experience required.
● Communication Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English with great grammar, good vocabulary, and clear communication.
● Execution: Ability to handle multiple tasks like photoshoots, stock updates, and daily order flow.
● Attention to Detail: Careful and accurate when checking text for spelling errors, reviewing stock numbers, and double-checking details
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
