Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
3. Product Demonstrations
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients
- Explain technical specifications in a clear and effective manner
4. Sales Conversion
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Handle objections and close sales deals successfully
- Prepare business proposals and quotations
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
6. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Update CRM and daily/weekly sales reports
7. After-Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, installation, and onboarding
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
