- Monitor pasteurization, homogenization, and standardization
- Ensure proper operation of dairy equipment
- Control temperature and process parameters
- Ensure milk meets quality standards
- Coordinate with QC lab for testing (fat, SNF, MBRT, adulteration)
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Supervise production of:
- Curd
- Butter
- Ghee
- Paneer
- Milk powder
- Flavoured milk
- Maintain production records
- Batch records and process logs
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards
- Handle production operators
- Allocate work shifts
- Ensure discipline and safety
- Inform maintenance team about breakdowns
- Ensure preventive maintenance
