DNS Homes Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and confident candidates for the positions of Telecaller and Sales Executive. We are looking for candidates who have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to speak comfortably in English and Hindi.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, following up with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/projects
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain client data and call records
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer meetings
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/calling targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Intermediate
- Graduation pursuing or completed candidates can also apply
- Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage
