Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with prospective candidates interested in working in the UAE.
- Explain available job opportunities, salary packages, and benefits.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Guide candidates regarding visa procedures, travel arrangements, accommodation, and other services provided by the company.
- Follow up regularly with leads and address candidate queries professionally.
- Assess candidate interest and eligibility for available positions.
- Convert inquiries into successful placements by effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and application status.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Achieve monthly targets related to candidate conversions and placements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups efficiently.
- Sales, customer service, telecalling, recruitment, or business development experience is preferred.
