Key Responsibilities
1. Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare legal paperwork: Issue flawless commercial invoices, precise packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), Airway Bills, and Certificates of Origin (COO).
- Manage trade compliance: Ensure all operations comply with institutions like the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and global customs bodies.
- Handle trade finance: Manage Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, advance payments, and Bank Realisation Certificates (BRC).
- Audit readiness: Maintain highly organized archival systems of export records for sudden internal or external regulatory audits.
2. Medical Regulatory Alignment
- Verify product certifications: Confirm that shipping consignments align with location-specific medical approvals like CE marking, FDA clearance, ISO 13485, or regional regulatory bodies.
- Monitor technical dossiers: Coordinate with internal Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure export labels and instruction manuals meet the language and legal norms of destination countries.
- Maintain quality checks: Ensure medical goods are packaged strictly according to fragile or temperature-sensitive international healthcare shipping standards.
3. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Vendor negotiation: Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and air freight forwarders to secure optimal cargo rates.
- End-to-end tracking: Monitor international shipments from the warehouse floor to final delivery destinations, proactively resolving customs holdups.
- Risk management: Liaison closely with insurance companies to safeguard valuable medical shipments against transit damages.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
