A. Machine Assembly & Quality Control
➢ Lead the complete assembly process of machines (including gearbox and main
assembly) ensuring all mechanical and electrical components are integrated
correctly.
➢ Strictly enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during assembly and
final readiness of machines.
➢ Perform and supervise quality checks at every critical stage, ensuring all QC
requirements are completed before dispatch to dealer partners, to deliver
consistent quality and long-term machine reliability in field conditions.
B. Cross-Functional Team Coordination
➢ Oversee and synchronize the efforts of the mechanical and electrical teams to
ensure smooth workflow and on-time machine completion.
➢ Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical Procurement teams to ensure timely
availability of the right materials and parts for assembly.
➢ Work closely with the Electrical Procurement team and R&D team to incorporate
correct electrical inputs and components.
C. Issue Resolution
➢ Identify and report assembly or component-related issues to the Store Manager
for escalation to the R&D team.
➢ For purchase-related issues, directly coordinate with the respective procurement
teams.
➢ Provide actionable technical inputs to the R&D team and ensure approved
changes are implemented in manufacturing.
➢ Support new procurement requirements arising from design improvements or
field feedback.
D. Training & Talent Development
➢ Train and mentor new technicians and assemblers on gearbox assembly, main
machine assembly, electrical integration, and best manufacturing practices.
➢ Build a skilled and disciplined assembly team capable of scaling production.
➢ Promote a zero-incident safety culture by ensuring proper use of metal shoes,
routine emergency drills, and machine safety guarding.
Eligibility Criteria
A. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
B. Experience: Min 8-15 years
● Prior hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly and proven experience
leading and managing blue-collar technicians and assemblers on the shop floor.
● Preferred companies are EV, automobile, Farm Machinery etc.
C. Skillsets:
● Strong practical understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems in
agricultural or industrial machinery.
● Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and SOPs.
● Proactive approach to quality and process adherence.
● Training and team coordination abilities.
● Good problem-solving skills with a field-oriented mindset.
● Basic knowledge of procurement and material management will be an advantage.
D. Background & Mindset
● Farmer family background if possible (not a must)
● Must be highly enthusiastic, have the passion for impact and making a difference on
ground
● Should be willing to embrace a start-up culture of iterations, failed attempts,
ambiguity etc
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
