Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for the Tiles, Windows, and Sanitaryware segment. The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and architects to increase company sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, residential projects, commercial projects, and ongoing developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Scan the local market regularly to find new construction activities and upcoming projects.
- Collect client details, contractor details, architect contacts, and builder information for business development.
- Generate leads and coordinate with the showroom/sales team for client follow-up.
- Promote company products including tiles, windows, sanitaryware, and bathroom fittings.
- Arrange meetings with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead data.
- Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and project clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Provide market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements to management.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
